Privilege separation user "sshd" does not exist

Add this line into /etc/passwd,
sshd:x:74:74:Privilege-separated SSH:/var/empty/sshd:/sbin/nologin

and this line into /etc/group
/etc/group:sshd:*:27:

    Better give the command to add the user "sshd", 1 line of command can be more descriptive to people who want to add it and also makes more sense of why is the line necessary.
    I suppose it is just useradd command.
